Roasted poblano peppers and fresh corn. Topped with a strip of roasted pepper and añejo cheese.

Tortilla Soup

Tomato base broth with a hint of chipotle pepper, topped with tortilla strips, añejo cheese, sour cream and a slice of avocado.

Black Bean Soup

Topped with green onions, añejo cheese and sour cream.

Second Course

Chuletas Poblanas

Grilled Pork Chops topped with a roasted poblano, corn and onion cream sauce. Served with white rice with veggies and black beans.

Salmon Filete

Grilled Salmon filete toppeed with sautéed mushrooms. Served with rice and salad topped with a balsamic glaze.

Pollo Azteca

Chicken breast sautéed in chipotle pepper sauce with mushrooms. Served with a creamy spaghetti topped with añejo cheese.
